This website, talivio.com, is operated by Talivio Technology OÜ, a private limited company registered in Estonia (registry code 16991406), Ahtri tn 12, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia. We are the data controller for the personal data described in this policy.
For any privacy question or request, email [email protected].
This policy covers the talivio.com company website only. Our software products (such as those listed on this site) run on their own domains and have their own privacy policies; if you sign up for one of them, the policy published on that product's site applies.
Like almost every website, our web server automatically records technical data about each request: your IP address, browser and operating system information, the pages you request, the referring page, and the date and time. We use this to keep the site secure, diagnose problems and prevent abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in operating and securing the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
If you use the contact form, we process the details you enter — name, email address, optional phone number, subject and message — together with your IP address, the time of submission and your language choice. Your message is delivered to our mailbox by email; it is not stored in a website database. We use it solely to answer your enquiry. Legal basis: taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b)) and our legitimate interest in responding to correspondence (Article 6(1)(f)).
If you subscribe to our newsletter, we process the email address you provide (together with your IP address and the time of subscription, recorded for proof of consent) to send you occasional news about Talivio and our products. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us at [email protected]; withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
We use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) to understand how visitors use the site — pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type. Google Analytics only runs if you give consent. When you first visit, a cookie banner lets you accept or reject analytics cookies; nothing analytics-related loads and no analytics cookie is set unless you accept. Until then, Google Consent Mode keeps analytics storage denied. If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies and processes your IP address (with IP anonymisation enabled), and Google may transfer data to Google LLC in the United States under Google's EU–US Data Privacy Framework certification, backed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. Legal basis: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time via the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer, or block analytics with Google's opt-out add-on. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it.
This site uses:
_ga and related) — used for the statistics described above. These are set only after you accept analytics cookies in the cookie banner; if you reject or ignore the banner, they are never placed. Some page assets (CSS and JavaScript libraries) are loaded from third-party content delivery networks, and product demo videos are embedded from YouTube (Google) — these providers receive your IP address when the content loads. The YouTube player only loads if you choose to open a video.
We do not sell personal data. It is shared only with the service providers needed to run this website — our hosting and email providers within the European Union, and Google (for the analytics and embedded video described above). Where a provider processes data outside the EU/EEA, we rely on an adequacy decision or the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Under the GDPR you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw any consent at any time. To exercise a right, email [email protected]; we respond within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. For us that is the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), Tatari 39, 10134 Tallinn, Estonia, www.aki.ee — but you may also contact the authority of your own EU member state.
The site is served over TLS, form submissions are protected against abuse, and access to our mailboxes and servers is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data.
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. The current version is always available at this address.
