Our Company

Talivio Technology OÜ is a software company based in Tallinn, Estonia. We build and run our own products for small and mid-sized businesses: EU compliance scans, e-invoicing and VAT reporting, Shopify apps, customer communication, booking and operations tools, server management, and research products in AI and simulation. Every product runs on one Talivio account and is hosted in Europe.

Our Mission

To give small businesses the kind of software larger companies build for themselves, without enterprise pricing or complexity. We ship carefully, measure in production and keep improving what the numbers show.

How We Work

    If we cannot measure it, we do not publish it — and when a measurement contradicts us, we correct the page.

How We Got Here

Built step by step since May 2024.

  1. 2023 Feasibility work We brought together the experience we had gained at our other company and, as partners, planned how to make it stronger together.
  2. 2024 Incorporated in Tallinn Talivio Technology OÜ entered the Estonian Business Register on 20 May 2024 (registry code 16991406). The first year went into our first products and the shared foundation they all use: one account, billing and support.
  3. 2025 One vertical at a time Each new need got its own product instead of a module inside someone else's platform: content management, reservations, contests, e-mail and more, all on the same shared foundation.
  4. 2026 Compliance and AI The EU's own deadlines — e-invoicing, VAT, accessibility, deforestation — turned into a family of compliance products, alongside AI-first tools for audience simulation and decision support.
  5. Today Where we are today Every product is built and maintained by the same team, on one account and our own servers in Europe.
