Talivio builds a lot of products — invoicing, accessibility scanning, security reports, delivery management, and two dozen more. Until now, every one of them asked you the same thing: create yet another account. Another email form, another password, another verification link. That ends today. Talivio Accounts is one identity for everything Talivio — sign in once at talivio.com/account, and every Talivio product recognizes you, the same way one Google account signs you into Gmail, Drive and YouTube.
One Button, Every Product
Across the Talivio lineup, login and register screens now carry a "Continue with Talivio Accounts" button. Click it and you're bounced to the central sign-in at talivio.com — and if you already have a session there, you're bounced straight back, signed in, before you can blink. Under the hood this is the same battle-tested flow that powers "Sign in with Google" everywhere on the web: OAuth 2.0 Authorization Code with PKCE, short-lived codes, no passwords ever shared with the product you're signing into. Familiar to users, boring to attackers — exactly how identity infrastructure should be.
An Addition, Not a Replacement
Every Talivio product keeps its own local accounts, and nothing about them changes. Talivio Accounts is an extra door, not a replacement lock: your existing email-and-password login keeps working, your subscription and billing stay exactly where they are, and if you already have an account in a product, signing in with Talivio Accounts links to it rather than creating a duplicate — matched only through a verified email address, never an unverified one. Each sign-in also quietly refreshes your name and avatar from the hub, so updating your profile once updates it everywhere.
One Place to See — and Cut — Every Connection
Your account page at talivio.com/account is the control room. Profile and avatar, email verification, password changes and resets all live there. The Connected Apps page lists every Talivio product you've ever signed into with your account — and lets you revoke any of them with one click, instantly invalidating that product's access.
Privacy Is a Feature, Not a Settings Page
The privacy page does the two things GDPR says you should never have to email support for. Export hands you everything the hub knows about you as a clean JSON file, on the spot. Delete goes further than most single sign-on systems bother to: erasing your Talivio Account doesn't just remove the central identity — it sends a deletion request to every connected product that ever created a local account for you, so the erasure cascades across the whole platform. And because the requests fan out after your central account is already gone, a slow or unreachable product can never hold your own erasure hostage.
Where It's Going
Talivio Accounts is rolling out across the entire product lineup, and every future Talivio product will be born with it — the integration ships inside the starter kit our products are built from. Next on the list: two-factor authentication, sign-in from our mobile apps using the same PKCE flow, and a single place to see your support conversations across every product. One account, everything Talivio — that's the whole idea, and it's live now at talivio.com/account.
