Most site owners do not open an analytics dashboard every day. They do read their messages. So we built the summary the other way round: instead of you going to the numbers, the numbers come to you, once a day, in the place you already look.
What arrives
Each day your site sends two things: a short plain-text summary and a single dashboard image. The image shows today's visitors and page views with the change since yesterday, the trend of the last 14 days, the most viewed pages, which devices people used and which sites sent them to you. When your site is connected to Google Search Console, a Google search section is added: clicks, impressions, average position and the searches that brought people in.
We first built it for one customer site, where the team now starts each morning from the message in their WhatsApp group. It turned out to be the kind of thing every site owner asks for, so it is now part of Contentio itself.
Where it goes
- WhatsApp: to the WhatsApp group your site shares with Talivio. If your site does not have one yet, ask our support team to link it.
- Email: to up to five addresses you choose. Email is off until you turn it on.
You switch it on in the Contentio panel under Daily digest, choose the recipients, and see a live preview of the image before anything is sent. Days before you turned it on are never back-filled into anyone's inbox.
Privacy
The digest contains counts only. Contentio's visit counter does not store IP addresses or build cross-day visitor profiles, and nothing about individual visitors is sent in the digest.
Good to know
- It is free on every Contentio plan.
- The summary covers a full day and arrives the next morning at 09:00 (Istanbul time).
- The digest text and image are in Turkish for now; the settings screen is available in English, Turkish and Estonian.
