Agentic Support Service — Terms of Use and Data Processing Consent
Version 1.2 · Last updated: 20 August 2026
1. Parties and definitions
This text governs the terms specific to the Agentic Support Service between Talivio Technology OÜ (registry code 16991406, Ahtri tn 12, Kesklinna linnaosa, Tallinn, Harju maakond, 15551, Estonia — "Talivio") and the natural or legal person receiving software and support services from Talivio and added to the Group defined below ("Customer"). Existing service/project agreements between the parties remain in force; this text supplements them and, for the Agentic Support Service, prevails in case of conflict.
- Group: The WhatsApp group whose name starts with the "{TALIVIO AGENTIC}" prefix, containing Talivio's business number, the Customer side, and Talivio representatives.
- System: The AI-assisted automated software that reads and processes the content in the Group and the associated email channel, writes replies, and performs the work defined below.
- Content: All messages, documents, files, images, video, audio recordings, and other data shared in the Group and in associated email correspondence.
2. Scope of the service
On request in the Group, the System performs two types of work: (a) support — recording, classifying, status reporting, and proposing solutions to requests; (b) software development — making code changes in the Customer's projects registered with Talivio, running them through tests, and deploying them with the Customer's approval; where required and only with approval, editing the relevant project's production database.
Every message written by the System carries the [AI AGENT] prefix. Messages without this prefix belong to real people in the Group. The System operates under human supervision; Talivio representatives may intervene in the Group at any time.
3. Acceptance and effect
By remaining in the Group after being added, the Customer accepts and declares that they have read and understood this text with respect to all content shared in the Group, and gives explicit consent to the processing and cross-border transfer of their personal data as described in Section 5.
This text is deemed presented to the Customer at the moment the welcome message containing its link is delivered to the Group by the System. The Customer may withdraw consent at any time by leaving the Group or by notifying support@talivio.com; withdrawal does not affect processing lawfully carried out up to that point. Content of a party who leaves the Group is no longer processed; audit records are retained under Section 8.
4. Notice regarding the use of artificial intelligence
The Customer understands that the service relies on outputs generated by AI models; that these outputs may be incorrect, incomplete, or misleading; that the System may ask questions on matters it finds unclear; and that it will make critical operations subject to approval. Deployment (release to the live environment) and changes to the production database each depend on explicit approval given from within the Group ("APPROVE" + operation code). Approvals given by Customer-side participants present in the Group bind the Customer.
5. Processing of personal data and cross-border transfer
Data controller: Talivio Technology OÜ (address above; contact: support@talivio.com).
Data processed: All Content in the Group and the associated email channel; participants' names, phone numbers, profile information; operation and approval records.
Purposes: Handling support requests, carrying out software development work, ensuring service quality and security, fulfilling legal obligations, and keeping an audit trail.
Third-party AI providers: Content may be sent for processing to one or more of Google, OpenAI, and Anthropic. These providers' servers are located abroad; the transfer relies on the Customer's explicit consent given by this text. Talivio determines the providers and processing scope within this list according to service needs; additions to the list are made by updating the text and notifying the Group.
Other recipients: Hosting and communication infrastructure providers (server, WhatsApp/Meta, email) and legally authorized authorities.
Rights: The Customer and Group participants may exercise their rights under applicable data protection law (access, rectification, erasure, objection, etc.) via support@talivio.com.
6. Customer obligations
- Share only service-related content in the Group; do not share special categories of personal data (health, religion, biometrics, etc.) or personal data of unrelated third parties. Responsibility for any such sharing rests with the Customer.
- Ensure that people the Customer adds to the Group are aware of this text; notify Talivio of participant changes.
- Use the approval mechanism with care; understand that approvals given have direct effect on the project and production environment.
- Convey access details (repository, server, database) to Talivio only through defined channels; do not share passwords or similar secrets in the Group.
7. Intellectual property
Code and content produced by the System for the Customer's project are subject to the intellectual property regime in the existing service/project agreement between the parties.
8. Records and retention
Group content, work records, approvals, and System session logs are recorded and retained for 2 years for audit, security, and evidentiary purposes in case of dispute. At the end of the period, data is deleted or anonymized. (The retention period will be finalized upon legal review.)
9. Service level and platform risk
The service is provided over the WhatsApp platform. Talivio is not liable for interruptions and delays arising from the platform, internet infrastructure, or third-party providers; if the channel is interrupted, Talivio makes reasonable efforts to continue work via email or other channels. Unless committed in writing, the service does not include a guarantee of a specific response or resolution time.
10. Limitation of liability
Talivio provides the service with due care; however, given the nature explained in Section 4, it does not warrant that outputs will be error-free. Consequences of approved operations (deployed changes, database edits) are the Customer's responsibility within the scope of the approval. Talivio's total liability arising from this service is limited to the Customer's last three months of service fees, save for cases of intent or gross negligence; indirect damages, loss of profit, and data loss are outside the scope of liability. (This clause will be finalized upon legal review.)
11. Changes
Talivio may update this text. The current version is always published on this page; material changes are announced to the Group by the System. Remaining in the Group after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated text.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
The governing law and competent forum for disputes arising from this text are those set out in the existing service/project agreement between the parties. (This clause will be finalized upon legal review.)
How to use the AI Agent
Write in the group as if talking to a person. Here is what it can do and how.
The AI Agent reads the {TALIVIO AGENTIC} group, understands your request, does the work, and replies. Its own messages start with [AI AGENT]. When unclear it asks; before it goes live it requests your approval.
Text requests
Make the logo on the homepage a bit bigger.
It makes the change, runs the tests, and asks for approval before going live.
There is a typo in the footer, "iletişim" is written wrong.
Small fixes are handled the same way, end to end.
How many articles were published last month?
For questions it reads the data and answers; it does not touch code.
Images & screenshots
[a screenshot] This button looks broken on mobile.
It examines the image at full resolution and locates the problem.
Send me a screenshot of the current state of the page.
It opens the live site and sends the screenshot back to the group.
Voice, video & documents
[a voice message describing the request]
It transcribes the audio and acts on it — you don't have to type.
[a screen recording] The error happens around 0:30.
It takes frames from the video (and the moment you point to) and analyzes them.
[an Excel file] Import this list into the archive.
It reads office documents (Excel, Word, PDF) and does what's needed.
Approval & going live
APPROVE A-7K2M
Going live and database changes wait for your approval; you reply with the code it gives you.
REJECT A-7K2M not now
You can reject too; nothing is applied.
Good to know
- Messages from the System always start with [AI AGENT]. Anything without it is a real person.
- When a request is unclear, it asks a single clear question rather than guessing.
- It never goes live on its own — deployment and database writes always need your "APPROVE" in the group.
- Talivio staff can step in at any time; if they say "stop", it stops.
